Lauren graduated from the University of South Australia in 2020 with a first class honours in bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Since this time, she has been working in private practice.

Lauren has experience working with a range of clients presenting with various conditions, disabilities and injuries. She has a special interest in paediatrics, neurological conditions and exercise oncology. She is passionate about the profound impacts exercise can have on individual’s lives, enabling them to achieve more, and to regain independence, control and function.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping active, and reading.

Lauren aims to empower people through movement and education. She will work with you to create a plan together that targets individual needs, capacities and preferences in order to achieve your goals.
